In line with Dubai Police ambitious vision and strategic aspirations, an international award has been developed to contribute in developing security capabilities to achieve sustainable excellence in performance. It also honors excellence in various security fields that have greatly enhanced the achievement of comprehensive development to reach leading positions in global competitive indicators.

A team of specialized experts in excellence and leadership has developed a set of institutional and individual categories to measure the maturity level of the various security agencies. They also provide their distinguished experiences and knowledge to help them reach the highest levels of flexibility and proactive readiness in order to increase the optimal stance for the future.

Terms & Conditions of Participation:

Institutional Participation

1. For the institutional categories, the participation should get a recommendation letter approved by the institution or the participating entity.
2. The maximum limit for attaching or downloading files for each standard shall not exceed 100 megabytes for each attachment.
3. The participant can attach Excel files, JPG images, Microsoft Word doc, PowerPoint presentation or PDF, provided that they are clear and accurate
4. Participation in the institutional awards should be applied with a decision, decree or the institution license.
5. If the institution or employee wins, the award secretariat has the right to publish the experiences among the concerned authorities to benefit from innovative knowledge and practices.
6. The award secretariat does not bear the financial costs associated with the honoring ceremony.
7. Participation in the institutional categories should be innovative, have been applied on the ground and doesn’t exceed 3 years as a maximum.

Individual Participation

1. An updated CV of the candidate including his recent achievements
2. A recommendation letter from the employee’s organization
3. The candidate’s valid passport copy
4. High quality new photo
5. Attaching the last scientific or academic certificate obtained by the candidate
