Shadi El Abdallah is based in the UAE and leads REGENT's business development and government relations across the Middle East region. Prior to REGENT, Shadi worked for GE Aviation, where he led the Sales activity within the MENA region for GE's military segment. Shadi started his professional career at Northrop Grumman - Aerospace Systems in the United States where he held various flight test engineering roles in support of unmanned aircraft systems development programs. Shadi earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Applied Physics from the University of California, San Diego.  He has also completed an MBA from ESADE Business School in Barcelona, Spain.
