She has wide knowledge in experience management (XM) spectrum, namely citizen happiness, customer loyalty, employee retention, brand evangelism and product marketing. She spearheads, manages and facilitates strategic partnership programs, growth plans and advisory boards. Maya also has deep knowledge in CRM systems and integrated omni-channel campaigns. Maya serves as a member on Customer Experience Professional (CXPA) Middle East Regional Leadership Council.
She holds an Executive MBA degree from ESCP Europe.
