Mr. Redondo is currently assigned to the Reserve and Security Group and apart from the operational analysis of the services carried out by all the different groups, he also carries out, as a drone pilot, search and location services for missing persons, security at major events and VIP protection, performing those services both with drones and counter-drone capabilities. Prior to this, in his almost 30 years as Guardia Civil, he's been assigned in several places, highlighting the Security Service of the Royal House and the investigation Unit in Las Rozas Police Station. He's also been in several International missions: East Timor (UNMISET), where he has taught the Police; Bosnia i Herzegovina (EUFOR-ALTHEA), as part of the investigation Unit and Afghanistan (Resolute Support mission), as deputy commander of the Military Police. Apart from that, he's worked in the European Gendarmerie Force Support Office two years that Spain held it´s Presidency and he has experience in Frontex activities, taken part in several Joint Operations in Spain (Indalo and Hera) as Duty Officer and in Romania (FOA Land) as Frontex Tactical Support Officer.
